Terms and Conditions

Use of the site and conditions of the translation service.

Last updated: 17 August 2026

These Terms govern (i) access to and use of traduzionefacile.com (the “Site”) and (ii) the translation services offered under the name TraduzioneFacile.com (“we”) to the client (the “Client”).

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site or accepting a quotation, the Client confirms having read and accepted these Terms together with the specific quotation.

2. Use of the Site

Site content is informational and does not constitute legal, tax or immigration advice. Requesting information does not create a professional engagement.

3. Quotation and engagement

Each service is preceded by a written quotation. The engagement is accepted, and these Terms binding, when the Client confirms in writing (including by e-mail) and pays the agreed fee. Until then we are under no obligation to start work.

4. Fees and payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are payable in full and in advance, in euro, by the methods indicated in the quotation. Additional work is quoted separately.

5. Delivery

Times in the quotation are indicative unless a priority service is expressly agreed and paid. Apostille and consular legalisation are not included unless quoted as a distinct item.

6. Withdrawal (consumers)

Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, which is the case of sworn and certified translations. By accepting the quotation and paying, the Client requests immediate performance and acknowledges that the withdrawal right does not apply.

7. Client obligations and confidentiality

The Client warrants that documents supplied are authentic and that the Client is entitled to share them. We translate the source faithfully. Documents are treated as confidential. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

Site content is the property of TraduzioneFacile.com or used under licence. The Client may use deliverables for the purpose of the engagement.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability towards the Client is limited to the fee actually paid for the specific service from which the dispute arises.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, the courts of Milan have jurisdiction. EU consumers may use the ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
